KAC upper receiver (M4) dust cover help

Hello, guys! How are you? I've recently bought a Knight's Armament Co. (KAC) upper receiver from a friend (now 100% fitting my G&G CM16 Raider-L [yaaay :P] after using Durepoxi on its grooves/tabs). But it came without: 1. the dust cover's locking pin and spring ; 2. the fake/dummy bolt . The #1...

Re: Switching guns? (CM16 Raider x G36C/SCAR-L)

baklash 1337, thank you so much. And yea, I've replaced its parts with: ProWin hop-up, Madbull 60-degree bushing, Military Action 6.03, and have bought (but still not replaced) SHS air-nozzle and SHS cylinder head \o/.

Thank you so much as well, apoctank. Really good info.

Switching guns? (CM16 Raider x G36C/SCAR-L)

Hello, guys. How are you doing? I'm in an intense dilema. I've owned a G&G CM16 Raider-L for about a year now, but I do LOVE some other weapon platforms as well, mainly G36C and SCAR-L. UMP is amazing, but it's hard as heck to find here in Brazil (specially cheap). I can't afford 2 AEGs simultan...

Re: new cm16 raider

This blue rubber thing is the bucking, which goes inside the hop-up chamber and at the anterior tip of your inner barrel. The bucking consists of a bump, which is what makes the BB spin up (hop-up)

Re: M4 upgrade - help w/ inner barrel & cylinder

Well, I'll get a 500mm (and saw it off if needed), so that it fits the outer barrel + silencer properly. Also, I'm not sure about CM16 cylinders. It doesn't have blowback; it's non-ported, right? It looks like this on both sides. I'm quite lost in that cylinder/barrel ratio. I'm now buying some a pi...

M4 upgrade - help w/ inner barrel & cylinder

Hello, guys. How are you? I have a G&G CM16 Raider-L and I'm upgrading it instead of buying a better one, as I love how it looks externally. I've bought a hop-up unit and its packing and cushions already. The next step is an inner barrel and a cylinder, if needed. First off, G&G CM16 Raider-...

Re: ESS - help identifying model name

One other possibility is that they are the ESS Profile Asian-fit goggles. Same as the regular profile NVGs, but smaller . I actually find them larger than the Profile NVG, not smaller. Anyways,I understand you thought that as there's no reference of size in the picture. As for its used condition: i...

ESS - help identifying model name

Hi, my friends. I need some help to identify my ESS goggle . I bought it used, from an eBay surplus-seller, and it was described as "ESS Low Profile" in the announcement. I bought thinking it was a Profile NVG, as I've never heard of Low Profile before. When asked, the seller said it was a...

Exactly what I was wondering. But why, Johnny? Aesthetically or the performance side?
