Re: Thread of Random Thoughts

I bought an original Beretta m1934 magazine recently for 50 bucks. Obviously not new but works wonders and is totally worth it.

I think a western arms 1934 magazine is the same price... if I could even find one...

Re: Thread of Random Thoughts

Tall blade. First thing I thought of was Benchmade 630 and it saddens me to find out it is discontinued :( Though my search landed me with this picture: http://devianceeve.net/pics/row_knife_small.jpg Should cover what is on the production market for tall blades. Kershaw, ZT and hinderer blades domi...

Re: Thread of Random Thoughts

Faden, thanks for that picture, it helps a ton. I'm not a fan of knives much over 3-3.5 inches, so the 350 should be good for me. The 300 is definitely out of my price range right now, and it way more blade than I'll ever need. My other option is the ZT 770 CF. I just want a beefier blade for gener...

Re: Thread of Random Thoughts

All this talk about knives makes me want to get a ZT350 even more now... I still love my Kershaw Leek, but if I'm free to carry a bigger knife (read: Not in Massachusetts), I want to do it. That reminds me, when I get home from classes next week I need to sharpen my parents' kitchen knives. They fi...

Re: Thread of Random Thoughts

Its weird seeing red names on the most recent post, I'm used to the occasional post by either faden or cat. We're still lurking. ...or I am, anyways. Faden's pretty busy. But, for the most part, we relinquished control to Darren (and now Bill, it seems) Good to see you guys are still around. Oh, an...

Re: New Admin in Town

Cat and I have been swamped with our normal day job. IT is not a 9-5 job, more like a 22/7 job :( it is great that there is now more help on the forums.

Thanks for the assist Darren.

Re: Hey guys... It's been a while.

Personally haven't had much time for the forums. Been pulling 60 hour weeks lately. I lurk and mod when needed but for the most part Cat has been working the midnight oil on the forums.
