Re: Charging batteries

Depends on whether or not your charger supports 12V DC input. You should consult the manual if it came with one, or just look on the charger for the input requirements. It'll either be on a sticker or embossed into the plastic. Otherwise, you should consider getting an inverter that converts 12V DC ...

Re: Anti-Spambot Idea

Well, unless you use really simple math it'll still exclude a lot of people. My great grandfather was in the military and knew his guns but he didn't understand a lick of math except when handling money. Equations are gibberish to him, he calculates in coins and bills. Or maybe just forgo all the fa...

Re: Anti-Spambot Idea

A picture is still probably the most efficient way to handle new registrations. Quick and fairly effective. You could also make it AS related and have it ask "What's the name of the gun Tim is holding?" :P http://s8.postimage.org/dt48c5sid/Capture.jpg Or make them watch one of the safety v...

Re: Thompson M1928 Chicago Typewriter Upgrades and Accesories

You could get a kit that has the charging handle in the top position as that's where is was on the real gun. http://www.uncompany.com/pageproductdetails.asp?prodid=2526 They didn't start putting the charging handle on the side until 1943 with the M1 and M1A1 series. For the price of that kit though,...

Re: Cheap chinese online airsoft vendors?

Ebairsoft.com also has some good stuff, though their stock is usually a mixed bag of stuff that appears and disappears. There's also waridiot.com, boomarms.com, and airsoftglobal.com. Haven't bought anything from them before but they seem to have been around for a while, and most of what I've heard ...

Re: Forum browsing improvement idea

Actually it is in fact the way the forum formats URLs when entered in posts. A link like this would redirect the current page to Google: <a href="http://www.google.com">Google</a> Whereas this would open a new tab to Google: <a href="http://www.google.com" target="_blank&quo...

Re: is this thing real?

Came out 2009, still being sold at some places like RedWolf. Though it's most likely just old stock. https://www.google.com/search?client=opera&rls=en&q=ARES+M14+SOPMOD&sourceid=opera&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&channel=suggest If you're asking if there's a real steel version, then I d...

Re: Forum browsing improvement idea

Well, guess this would have no effect for you then.

It's more of an annoyance for me since I use Mouse 3 for fast scrolling and often end up unintentionally opening links on cluttered sites, so I ended up just disabling Mouse 3 link opening.

Forum browsing improvement idea

Hi, just wanted to toss up an idea about the way the forum handles links. On almost every other forum I use, clicking a link opens the link in a new tab, but on here it redirects the current page. This causes problems sometimes when I start browsing the link (youtube/review/online store/ASGI's own s...

Re: Sig 552 mid/low cap magazines

Well, doing that mod is pretty much your only option for midcaps since it doesn't seem like ICS makes a midcap for their SIG.

Only other option is their lowcaps:
