I've had my Agm Full Metal M4(RIS) for about a year and a half. The only internal changes I made before playing were fixing the hopup because the spacer fell out and rewiring it to the rear. When I went to play with it it chronoed 146 FPS, but it's supposed to be 400. I talked to the techs there and they said it was either the hopup or compression loss, so I bought and Echo 1 MAX series hopup after noticing my hopup was cracked, a Maple Leaf 75 degree bucking, an Echo 1 MAX series air nozzle, and to play it safe with the wires, a Lonex rear wire assembly(Version 2 Gearbox).(I also have a crane stock(why it is wired to the back) and an Intellect 9.6v crane stock battery.)
I installed all the parts and did compression tests on everything(all perfect), but I think my FPS is still low(I don't have a chrono). Also, the hopup adjusts before i install it, but has very limited movement once installed. When firing, if I point the gun down, the bb that would be the next to fire falls out and my semi automatic isn't semi, it's full auto.
So, I'm very pissed off about how much money I've put into this gun with no good results.
Just to clear a few things up, I have good bbs, Elite Force Biodegradable .25's and I'm not doing anything stupid like assembling the gearbox incorrectly. I don't know if it's just my spring and I also wanted to know if the bb's falling out is normal or not. Also, I want to just send it into a tech, but I really can't afford it.
Any help/input is appreciated. Luckily I have an APS UAR coming in this week so I have something to play with :D
UPDATE: I fixed my hopup issue(cut off excess plastic from mold) so now I just have the fps and semi auto issue.
