I'm 14 and need desert/coyote tan/tan camo kneepads...what are some quality ones I can get? (I'm willing to pay $25 for a new pair of quality knee pads) 8-)

I've never been happier than with the X-style knee pads. Hatch carries them under the name "Xtak."

Alta knee pads are held in high regard, but I've also heard great things about arcteryx knee caps. Alta are probably a bit more in your price range. Best stuff would be integrated knee pads into pants, such as crye, beyond, Patagonia ECT, but if your younger, growing out of a fancy pair of pants would be rather aggravating.
