I was radiusing the front of the cylinder windows, and I had some paper towel over the rest of the gearbox so that the little metal pieces wouldn't go everywhere. The Dremel slips and gets its shaft tangled into the paper towel and stops, even though its under power. In an attempt to turn it off, I hit the switch on it into the off position. The off position turns out to actually be the full blast position, so at this point the gearbox shell half starts spinning on the paper towel that's wrapped around the Demel shaft! Then, the paper towel gets free of the gearbox. The Dremel at full power spins so fast that little shards fly off all over my workbench and my lap. Funniest tech fail I've ever had.
I literally would have smashed the f*ck out of everything in the room if that happened to me.
