Don't be afraid to touch the outline. Because the pen tool will select 1px outward. So if you trace on the line, the quality will be better IE. no white edges.

I was going to, but after four hours....I didn't bother.

Got many pictures from Joshua Tree National Park and chose a few to post. Don't feel like lagging everyone's computer so I'm putting mostly links.

I may end up helping my friend make a game over the summer, so I am trying to make some stuff from scratch. First try ever at trying to make something for a game.

Any tips would be awesome, I talked to him last night and he would like me to tone down the detail a bit so I can get more done in a shorter amount of time. So I guess 16 bit is kinda what I am looking for.

Had to delete my older post to post this, but anyway... Concept art for a character named Celise in my graphic novel. After drawing the wolf did I come to the conclusion that I wanted the wolf bigger so she can ride the wolf. The bow was designed with an ornamental lower limb and a melee upper limb. The wood is angled on the upper limb so it can apply some blunt force damage.

So now I have a good camera, I'm trying to get some good photos in. I'm not really good, but my friends showed me the ropes on photography.

Bare-bones camping trip in early June. Me and my cousin trailblazed to the other shore of the reservoir while my other cousin brought in our supplies via canoe. This picture was taken through the door of my tent.

Messing with "diorama" setting on my camera on a photo of Spanish Creek's Cascade Falls area. They would have turned out better if I used a tripod and a low shutter speed so the water wouldn't be so crisp.

Ditto.

I don't take credit for these, but they were taken on my camera. However, I did edit some of them to diminish the ugly cloud cover. 10" shutter speed.

This is the only un-edited photo of the fireworks.
