Hey I'm just wondering why is double posting not allowed and also what is the point to closing a topic, or making it so the average veiwer can't post anything? I'm just wondering so no need to get all hot about it please :)

double posting uses unnecessary space on the forum and there's a edit button and locking keeps a topic from going to far or if its just not acceptable

Why not just make this the Terms and Conditions presented for when people first sign up?

Because nobody reads those either, and you can't go back and read them after you join that I know of.

Lets face it though, most people don't read those, so it would be a bit pointless :\

But it would also work...

Oh yeah true, But then again when I first signed up the Constitution wasn't exactly the first thing I looked at. Perhaps a copy of it in a message in people's inbox on the forum with a brief greeting and telling people to please read carefully and aknowledge the rules.

Thats only one of the rules.

You've already broken two others; useless posts and necros. Consider them as warnings since you have made it apparent you have read the rules.
