It's not much of a custom... I just bought a KWA MP9 and I spent most of memorial day weekend building a suppressor for it. I planning to get some target practice done, but a combination of sleeping in to 11 am and that the range was full around the clock prevented me from doing so, my plans ruined I decided to build a suppressor for my new MP9.
Initially it was supposed to be a real
suppressor, the gun was a bit too loud to shoot in the backyard, but due to unforseen problems (never built an airgun suppressor) and my total lack of proper shop tools I ended up with a fake one.
Funny thing... it actually makes my gun louder
Introducing the Mk19 6mm Suppressor
made of lighter and more durable materials than the Mk17,
smaller than the Mk12,
with ten times the manufacturing precision of the Mk7.
With each build it's getting smaller, lighter, cheaper (materials), and more durable. http://i.imgur.com/8Oeay.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/pAkXq.jpg
this photo was pretty hard to do, stupid camera wouldn't take the photo right
I modded the sight picture a little, the factory all black front post wasn't working for me. http://i.imgur.com/fOGrD.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/TsSfR.jpg
this is how the supressor attaches to the gun.http://i.imgur.com/6VOuu.jpg
It doesn't have a front piece, due to the "unforseen problem"
the orange paint got messed up from the repeated fit tests.. not like I care.
