Ha i had to research this too to find what would work with the barrel i made. I have a 6.00 barrel with a 6 rifle grooves it works better than any others i tried. I had to use the smallest bbs possible so i was using toytech's but now im using my own. With those toytechs zero jams. I calipered one of the walmart crossman bbs and the reading was 6.02.......

As far as the rifling on an airsoft barrel? I know I have rifling on my MadBull, and a friend has it on his Prometheus barrel. I have no idea on the exact true science on it in airsoft however. I do know that is a project is forced to twist, it should stay on a straighter path, hop-up may help with that as well. Perhaps someone with more confirmed knowledge can chime in.

That's awesome! If you can could you please find the dimensions on the G&G 0.20g (White) 5000bbs ?

I will research through that link and post them up after the wee one gets to sleep. He's been teething and its insane.

As far as the C&G BBs, I think I may have a bag of them in storage. Give me some time to find them (if I have not finished them off) to measure them. I have lagged behind. I have to find my caliper as well. :EDIT: I do have that bag looking at my OP. But they are a different weight, Sorry. :EDIT:

If ANYONE wants to send me BBs I can easily measure them (should cost one stamp). Just need about 20 for test fit. PM for addy.

calipers do not measure that minimal size differences well...
Calipers get incorrect measurements at a 0.01+/- level (maybe 0.02-0.10+ depending on quality and brand of caliper)
KWA LM4, VFC M4, KWA m9

Well, since this is (supposed) to be about BBs, what gram BBs should I use in my masterkey? I don't know the fps because I haven't brought it to a game yet, but I've been using Crapsman .12 grams, but they make the accuracy suck, so what gram should I use...
