Refund on "Out of stock"?

Hello~ I recently ordered a CYMA CM052S RPK Airsoft rifle from AirsoftGI,at the time, the website said that the gun was in stock. They contacted me a day later to inform me that the item was out of stock, and that I needed to call them for more options. The email stated that I can change to a different item, or similiar one, but, is a full refund an option? I ask because I ordered the gun through (what I thought) was BillMeLater, however, this was not the case, as the payment was charged on both my PayPal Balance, and credit card. This cannot happen, as our family has a house payment to make on that card, and it absolutely cannot be bounced. Thanks for reading/responding.
