Internals on a G4

Postby counterstrikesource » Mon Aug 03, 2009 4:26 pm

What internals are in a G4? Metal/plastic spring guide? Poly carb piston? metal bushings? And what would need to be done to it to effectively handle an m120 to an m130 spring.
I just want to buy everything so when I open her up I can just right away swap the "goods"
Thanks,

Mitch

should be polycarb piston/piston head w/ bearings, metal spring guide w/bearings, 8mm metal bushings, plus it has the gears and motor of the G&G proline guns

Yes it will handle a M120. But it will not handle a m130 without upgrades.

No you will not need to replace parts left and right. You will however, need a 9.6v batter to power the motor.

ok, sounds good--I'm getting a 5k mah 9.6 soonish anyway, all I have is a 9.6 1600mah crane stock battery and I need more life.

Also--I suck with hopup. I tried swapping my G&G regular barrel for a G&G TB i had lying around in my room, and well, It sucked. Both barrels were VERY clean. Does anyone have tips for installing hopup?

Hopup and Wiring are the only two things that I have a hard time with anymore...

the g4s have different internals, but it still has the brass bushings, but its better than nylon, oh, and it might have just a normal metal spring guide, idk
