M150 is the highest I would go. I'm currently running a M140 on the 13:1 set.

I might consider buying all my internals from ehobby from now on. How long do orders take to get here?

Anywhere from 10-40 days with the cheap shipping, usually the lower number. 3-5 days with the more expensive shipping.

I've got a minor (I think) problem with my KWA G36. I have a 10.8v large in a kv stock and a 6.03 M4 length TBB. When I fire on semi, its pretty accurate, but when on full-auto, the bbs drop at about half the distance of semi. At first I thought it could be the ROF, but these things can run on li-pos, which put out a higher ROF than a 10.8v. I have no clue what to do and if anyone can give me some advice, it would be appreciated.

My Armory:

-A&K Magpul Masada
-KWA G36kv
-JG SR-25 DMR
-KWA KMP9r Ranger Grey
-Echo 1 M4 (loaner gun)

The FPS might be to fast for your bucking therefore you don't get any hop up on your BBs. I mean thats what I think, but I could be wrong, but I do know that a tighter bore increases FPS a little bit. You might either need a new bucking or a hard bucking.

that fps change would occur after the bb has passed the bucking though.

Then what else could it be? If one BB has hop then they all should. So the bucking isn't ripped/torn.
